Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility for return & refund or exchange
In order to be eligible for a return & refund or exchange:
First, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your piece/s to discuss and arrange the proposed return & refund or exchange;
Then, you must follow our instructions for returning the piece/s to us, including our directions as to delivery method, use of the original packaging and timing;
Upon return, your order must be in the same condition in which you received it, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Damage
Please take care when unpacking the piece/s as we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if the piece/s have been damaged by you.
Tracking return shipping
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning any piece to us.
The return shipping of the piece is at your risk. If we do not receive your return then we cannot consider any refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying any return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs non-refundable
The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, then you will receive a refund of the price that you paid for the piece/s only.
If you are seeking an exchange, then you will be required to also pay for the shipping of the exchange piece/s.
Approval of refund or exchange
Once the piece/s have been received by us, then we will consider your eligibility for a refund or exchange in respect of whether there has been compliance with our terms. We will notify you as soon as possible as to whether your request is approved or denied.
If your request is approved, then we will make the necessary arrangements with you.
